Paul Christian Rieber

Paul Chr. Rieber holds an MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and an MBA from the International Management Institute (IMI) Geneva. He joined GC Rieber in 1986 and has held the position of Group CEO since 1990. He is Chairman of the Board of most of the companies in the GC Rieber Group. 

Morten Foros Krohnstad

Morten Foros Krohnstad holds a law degree from the University of Bergen and is a lawyer and partner in the law firm Schjødt AS, with more than 20 years of experience in business law. He also has experience with board work from other Companies.

Birthe Lepsøe

Birthe Cecilie Lepsøe holds an MBA from Norwegian School of Management (BI) /Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). She has 20 years of experience from banking, finance and shipping from DNB, Grieg Shipping and Vest Corporate Advisors. Further she has extensive experience as Non-Executive Director in capital-intensive businesses such as banking, shipping, offshore and real estate.

Pål Selvik

Pål Selvik holds MBA from NHH, Norwegian School of Economics. He is CFO of GC Rieber since 2008. In addition, Selvik is the CEO of GC Rieber Fortuna. Previously, he has worked with leading Nordic investment banks. Selvik holds several board positions within the GC Rieber Group.

Ingrid von Streng Velken

Ingrid von Streng Velken holds an MSc from the Norwegian university of science and technology (NTNU). She is Executive director of Innovation and development at Norwegian power company BKK and holds several board positions, including in the Norwegian Climatefoundation. Previously, she worked as Global Manager of The Boston Consulting Group’s sustainability practice.
