Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of GC Rieber Shipping ASA from
trading on Oslo Børs. Pursuant to Rule Book II section 2.11.2 (3), Oslo Børs has
on 11. December 2023 made the following resolution: “The shares in GC Rieber
Shipping ASA will be delisted from the Oslo Stock Exchange as of the 14.
December 2023. The last day of trading will be 13. December 2023.”
