GC Rieber AS has on the 13 November 2023 purchased 12,677,118 shares in GC
Rieber Shipping ASA (the “Company”). After the transaction, GC Rieber AS owns a
total of 78,823,026 shares in the Company, corresponding to an ownership stake
of 91.56%.
Jan Roger Bjerkestrand, CEO of GC Rieber AS, is a primary insider in the Company
and the purchase of 12,677,118 shares at a price of NOK 8.80 per share is
regulated by the Market Abuse Regulation article 19.
