The Annual General Meeting in GC Rieber Shipping ASA was held today 25 April
2023 at 14:00 hours (CEST) in Skipsbyggerhallen, Solheimsgaten 11, 5058 Bergen.
A total of 90% of the share capital and voting rights were represented.
All items on the agenda dated 31 March 2023 were addressed and approved.
