GC Rieber Shipping ASA informs that Pål Selvik has resigned from the Board of
Directors today. Mr. Selvik has chosen to resign following his appointment to a
new position as CEO in Scana ASA, a company outside the GC Rieber Group.
Mr. Selvik has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2021 through a
period of strategic transition for the Company.
The Board of Directors thanks Mr. Selvik for his valuable contribution and wish
him the best of success in his new position.
A new Board Member will be elected at the Company’s next ordinary general
meeting.
